Getting into an Interlude Program...

Q. How does someone apply for an Interlude program?

A. Referrals are accepted and processed by the Western Connecticut Mental Health Network in Danbury during business hours, Monday through Friday. To start an application , please call WCMHN at 203-448-3200 for an application. If you have specific questions about Interlude's programs, please contact us at 203-797-1210.

Q. How does a client pay for Interlude?

A. Interlude, Inc. does not accept insurance payments. In the 24 hour programs clients pay rent or a program fee plus their share of utilities. They receive both Federal (Social Security Disability, SSI) and state supplements to cover their costs.

Assigned case managers help clients budget their remaining money for necessary costs like food, recreation, etc. Case managers also assist clients with applying for benefits if they are not in place upon admission.

Please contact us or call (203) 797-1210 if you have any questions – we would be happy to help you.
